Scientists have created a sonic black hole by creating "two clouds of atoms, separated by a huge gap." The atoms move so quickly in it, they effectively block out all sound.

      I'd like a sonic black hole around my property. Some of my neighbors insist that I enjoy their type of music at all hours and at high volume. I've been known to shatter their illusions by calling the cops.

      Apart from the real story, the title reminds me of congress and their habit of taxation, and not giving the taxed benefit back to the public...exceptions are known for this habit when they return a penney per dollar taken...LOL
