    I think the real problem is one fits all diets. My dad is diabetic and he needs to eat certain meals at certain times. Myself I usually eat almost nothing during the day then in the evening I work out weights and almost completely deplete myself then as soon as I am done pack a huge carb and protein meal like some serious beef and beers and then go to bed. If I do not put away a huge meal before bed I am shot the next day. My dad would be destroyed by my diet but for me it is all about packing the dinner reload or I am trashed the next day. Everyone is different. If I eat a good meal the night before I can function all day on nothing. If I don't eat a big dinner I can not make up for it no matter what I do the next day.
