Gobby, I and pretty much everyone I know consider themselves conservative Christians and everything you just listed is totally foreign to what I have ever heard taught within these circles.

If you want a realy understanding of what conservative Christians are about this is probably one of the best places to look...

    I guess we have always thought that promoting the Gospel and the Kingdom of infinitely more value AND that no one paid much attention to them anyways. Perhaps this is a moment of opportunity. The IFCA annual conference is taking place this week a short ways from here, plus their headquarters is here in GR, about 3 miles from my home & I personally know most of the staff. I will address this subject with them and let you know how they reply.
