  Jim - its VERY kind of you to put a smile on my face today!
  Next stop is a trip to the vet with an ailing beast, so I'm not in the most cheerful of moods..
  But that was good!
  i would only alter one word - for "be" substitute "have" - though I'm also quite pernickety about the content too..
  Today's beer news here is that our local brewery is closing.
  This is a cause for celebration because thay make lousy beer which is virtually guaranteed to make you chunder after the 5th half-litre...

    No FRIES - not even "Freedom Fries"!
    Knedliky - dumplings!!
    Bread dumplings, potato dumplings, "hairy dumplings", fruit dumplings..
    In some more lubricated moments I've toyed with taking on McDonalds with "The HAPPY KNEDLIK"!
    Oops! I've just been caught red-handed...
    Accused of plagiarism!
    My partner claims, probably accurately, that this was HER idea..
    Unfortunately she's probably right - I do have a slight tendency to be vague about "business matters" once in a while...
