Unbelievable - taking from those who don't have the money.

The penalties should be severe for this kind of activity.

You know I am 58 and when I was younger my uncle got angery with his sister, she had let him and his family live in her home for nothing, back then to them rent was high when it was only $15.00 to $25.00 a month so she felt sorry for them because they had little kids and she was getting married and moving out of town,About 2 years later she wrote my uncle and told them to take their time to find a house because her marrige wasnt working out. She was going to stay with family untell they found a place to rent that they could afford.
I think that was very nice in her for helping them out like she did,but my uncle did not not think so he was so mad that he put holes in the wall and took cooper from the house I can remember him burning it in a barrel then selling it to make a long story short he even went and put a large lean on her home. Now why would someone want to be so mean like he was, all he did was use her took advantage of her after all that she had done for them.
To this day I cant figure out why people want to do wrong to other human beings. Just like this article they did wrong used and took advantage of people and I think that they should have to pay for what they havedone just like my uncle should of had to pay for what he had done.

There is alot more to the loan modification process than most think. BANKS are trying to put the spotlight on someone else to place the blame when they are resposible for this enitre mess in the first place. What is sad is that there are a very small hand ful of companies that go aboe and beyond and fight for people to save their homes. What about those people. It is very true there are alot of scum bags taking advantage of people during this financial crisis and they are not just loan modification companies, but real estate agents who stand on peoples door steps telling them to pay their mortagage or rent to them and they pocket the money, or the banks who lose modification package and tell you they are modifying and sell your house the next day? There is alot more out there and truly...its the banks fault. If the good loan mod companies could finally get some attention then maybe we could all stick together and really fix this mess and show who is truly respnsible, the bank.
