Samsung introduced first 32GB DDR3 memory »
Posted By seedinvestments 5 months, 1 week ago in Science & TechnologySamsung has revealed the world’s first 32GB DDR3 memory module using the Samsung 50nm 4GB DDR chips. The module operates at 1.35 volts and tuned for use in servers. A row of nine quad-die packaged 16GB DDR3s are mounted on each side of the printed circuit board to total 32GB of memory. Price and release date was not announced.
