Geneva Convention applies to EVERYONE in a war zone no matter what their "status." but you Bushbot sheep are too stupid to actually READ, much less read the article of the Convention. Your Repug masters are kind enough to tell you what you know.

I would imagine since they have no value due to Miranda that few will be taken alive.Why take a risk when a bullet will close the case. By the way polosi these guns you approved,are actually killing people were you told that,or did you believe they were to round up prisoner.

I hope Obama puts this right.He's closing Guantanamo within a year,so this should also close.These guys have no legal representation,regardless of guilt.Torture is now meant to be off limits,I hope he is true to his word. These people have a right to trial!

The Geneva Convention only applies to people that wear a uniform of the Country at war and the id of the Country on the uniform.

Anyone else that fights in the battle is not covered under the Geneva Convention and can be shot in a firing squad as spies.
