    Because the term geek is defined almost exclusively in terms of current technological gadgets, I'd have to say that Prez O ranks very high. He has as much familiarity with technology as the average traveling sales rep, which puts him verrry high among politicians.

    Other thoughts:
    With the exception of military heroes, the nature of whose world is entirely different than ours, perhaps Herbert Hoover accomplished the most before being elected Prez. But I think Taft was a hangman at one point. Not geeky, but different. He never was Prez; but Ben Franklin may have been the ultimate geek/statesman.

    The actual name of Woodrow Wilson I believe was Thomas Woodrow Wilson. He was Prez of Princeton. Can't think of any other academic who has achieved political distinction.
