I am sorry to say BB64 that the communist threat of your day is long gone. McCarthy is long gone. The time when one could yell commie and get attention is long past. It may seem to be the wave but you are incorrect about that.
You may want to take a look at what many people in this country are asking for. They are not the people of your generation. They never will be. The fact that the Republican Party still pushes this anachronism is a mystery to me.
You seem intelligent enough. Why can you not look and see we don't live in 1955 anymore?
The bogeyman of the "pinko commie" is dead to most people. Myself included and i grew up in that time.
