The Ruling is fair and allows for our children to have some sense of security about their personal privacy. If school official have cause to believe a student is violating not only a school policy but a law, they are now obligated to contact law enforcement and apply for a body search warrant thru the courts. Of course a parent uhnder normal conditions can at any time waive the students constitutional right. Too many educators wanting to take advantage of their positions to violate students rights.
