It's what rational (unlike the war-mongering ultra-conservatives) people have been saying all along, if we had "kept our eye on the ball" if we had stayed and set up schools and Democracy-based communities in Afghanistan instead of PREEMPTIVELY attacking Iraq we might have kept the Taliban from regaining power and having our brave soldiers die there in vain cleaning them out the first time.
