You are so right smithie, i'll miss him too. I never stopped watching his videos, still watch them on youtube. I don't submit them because i didn't want anyone saying he was a perv or a pedophile because i never believed he was.. I always felt that he was just a kid in a mans body, he never got to have a childhood, and he just wanted to play games and be around kids. I never thought that he ever harmed a one of them.. Just evil people looking for a free ride!

I was there for the birth of Michael Jackson's stardom. I guess I thought he would live forever. It's a strange feeling to have to say good bye. Today it is forever a different world to me. I don't think I can even see the see the sunrise the same way now that Michael is no longer in the world.

I thank God for the privilage of living in the same era as The KIng of PoP, the talent he gave Michael and the gift of life he bestowed in this time.
This has been a good life. May he rest in peace, and have his place in Heaven. -

To bad the guy couldn't stop screwing with himself after Thriller. Instead, he ended up looking like Disney's animated Cruella Deville. Well, I'm still perplexed to this day that his Thriller ever became such a hit. To me, it was incredibly over-rated.

Maybe, in 20 years I'll think differently. We seem to end up liking songs we thought were nothing when they come out, but, when we're old, we LIKE them, because they take us back to the time when we were young and life held promise.

I am no musician but will offer this opinion, "Thriller" was one of the best produced music albums of all time and was complimented by an ahead-of-its-time television production. Neither was over-produced or filled with video or musical cliche. Fortunately, at that time, music critics and fans agreed that this piece was a result of rare genius, (thank you Quincy Jones).
