Leyla Marchetto, daughter of NY legend Silvano Marchetto, seemed born for the restaurant business but it took some nudging to get her to follow in her father’s footsteps. Now that she has finally opened her own restaurant, Scuderia, Zagat Buzz caught up with her to discuss her experience growing up as a restaurant brat.
