Just the other day, a friend of mine mentioned that he got a 4.25% 15 year fixed rate mortgage. I know mortgage rate trends have been going down, but this much? I almost didn’ t want to believe her, but she showed me the documentation and she really got a fixed mortgage rate that is almost unheard of. She explained that she is going to save over $230 a month on a mortgage payment by refinancing at such a low rate.

I went shopping at walmart yesterday, and met a cab driver that knew his way around in TJ Mexico...we worked the ride out plus made plans to hunt apartments in TJ...now that's the only way I can benefit anything in this country...is to leave and go somewhere they treat their money the same...one end to the other...instead of have homes for 1 dollar at one end and one million at the other end... see they do not see the same dollar in you hand get so blown out of proportion...they just see what it does to women...to put them on the streets...and children in reform schools so they can work untill they drop dead...instead of being the intelligent ones called human beings!
