    If marriage between people of the same sex ever becomes law will it be required that you be homosexual to marry a person of the same sex?

      They will be subject to the same fraud laws as straight couples. A straight man and woman can't get married just to share health insurance.

        No more than a heterosexual marriage "requires" that both parties be heterosexual, LOL...not sure they have a litmus test for that sort of thing. 8P

          yeah, just like "opposite marriage" requires a blood test to make sure both people are heterosexual. i've never heard of gay people getting married to people of the opposite sex only to later find out they're gay... sigh...

            why would it change any of the requirements that heterosexuals have to abide by? no related by blood and age of consent.

            2 heteros don't even have to actually love each other, or anything else really, now do they!
