The Big Red Rabbit: Secret Corners of the Heart »
Posted By Disembedded 6 months, 1 week ago in Arts & Entertainment“Red Rabbit” is a brilliant animated short, an allegory for the lives of non-social people. It tells the story of a man who lived all alone in a small apartment, until one day a few years ago a rabbit suddenly appeared. Since then, what little contact he previously had with people dropped to zero. Every attempt he made to get the rabbit out of his apartment failed. Over time, the rabbit's grown and grown…becoming like his huge, gigantic pet. But it’s also a reminder that some habits start out small, yet end up growing into something potentially life-threatening! At the very surprising end, the now gigantic rabbit seems to stand for the secret corner in everyone’s heart, something we don’t want to show to others. But then we discover that even the most virtuous people around us also have their own “secret corners.”
Includes a number of colorful photos and the remarkable animated short, “Red Rabbit.”
