In an effort to make the strict ban on gays serving openly in the military more humane, Defense Secretary Robert Gates says lawyers are reviewing ways the armed forces can get around full enforcement of the Clinton-era law until it\'s repealed. The Obama administration has come under fire from gay rights activists for not lifting the ban yet.
