It is an interested perspective in that the article explains that easy money is making home prices look like they are improving. It may very well be the fact that they are not. The artifically low mortgage rates are causing home prices to go up because as mortgage rates decrease, home prices increase. If the government continues to push mortgage rates down to the 5% level, it is all in due time before home prices start rising because mortgage rates are so low.

When you judge what the average home costs today...after the fact...when it's fully paid for..you have to remember how to get a four inch thick by 25 foot square block of reinforced concrete on someone's land...and pay the a rental fee or a lease...agreed for 100 years for an amount down...period...

Never pay 300 per-cent for something that depreciates 10 per-cent per year...just to keep it from falling down...or the roof from blowing off...or the termites terminating your work. LOL get away from the banks! -

Well, how do i borrow extra money for a mortgage for stuff i need? Or is this even feasible.....say the asking price is $150000 but the harbor doesn't have a fridge, or any appliances.....is there a way for me to borrow more money so I can hold these things....the seller wont into down on price.
