The people of California deserve to have their rights protected equally for all. The justices of the California Supreme Court ruled that marriage is a right for the people to share and that said right belongs inherently to the people. As a fundamental right, the 14th Amendment to the US Constitution grants that the people cannot have their rights taken away without "due process." In other words, an election cannot be held to take away rights. Prop 8 must be overturned.

  I agree with you totally but unfortunately there are many people out there trying to destroy any progress that glbt have made. Ultimately you will overcome the homophobes are in the minority.
