With you going for the Red Sux we're sure to win the World Series this year.

The Bambino curse transcends through you...

You remind me of Bill Buckner, letting the ball go right between his legs.... until the Red Sux finally started getting smart & getting my fellow Latino's to play ball for them, they were 78 + years w/o a Series ring.

    Typical losers.

      geez. thanks.

transcends through me? what's that supposed to mean?

boo hoo. 78 years? well, lets get you up on current history. they hold two World Series trophies this century. the yanks hold exactly zero.

with that brand new spanking empty stadium, i howl with laughter when there are more sox fans than yankees fans at that last NY series.

and watching their pitching, its amazing they are doing as well as they are.

you have lousy pitching. we have lousy coaching. wait. you have lousy coaching too.

i dunno. looks like we have the inside track to make it into the championships. maybe Joe can find another $200M of nothing superstars.

      (giggle)

      we shall see. won't we?

Yes we will we shall see yer lousy team fail again in the long run. You guys got lousy everything 'Big Poopy' is old, and pooped out for instance, the rest of the team is as rusty as an old nail. Yadda,yadda,yadda....etc.

(Can you wait another 78 years w/o a ring?)

        We shall see.

i agree. Ortiz of 2009 is not the Ortiz of 2007.

he's from the Dominican Republic where birth certificates have been known to have issues. he's officially 34, but he he's hit that physical performance wall like you'd expect to see in a 37-38-39 year old.

the only reason he's still DH is Terry. sure. Ortiz is doing better, but he's barely helping.

then, of course, we have pitching that can simply fail. and, yet, Terry sticks with them anyway.

Yeah he is Dominican, forget the birth certificates. They probably don't even know who the real father's are down there...

Yeah, but 2004 seem to push that memory further behind me. I still have Game 7 on my Tivo if you wish to come over and see it.

Bronx you should love this Redsox team. Does it remind you of any team from the past?
