    I thought KBR was just Haliburton renamed or re-birthed after the Haliburton scandals started popping up left and right.

      Actually my understanding is Hallibuton is a US entity, while KBR (Kellogg,Brown & Root)
      is the global or international entity. Same thing just different spheres of operation.
      Same behavior too!
