FATS, my favorite topic. First off the FDA allowed so many bad fats in our food supply generations will be dying from it. Did you know that normal cooking oils that everything fast food, restaurant... unless it's olive is processed with bleach, drano and other toxins for shelf life. According to Dr. Udo Erasmus who wrote the book Fats that Heal and Fats that Kill said to me once in an interview, that these cooking oils deliver millions per cell of our trillions of cells every time we consume them. Now imagine what the Pancreas has to go through dealing with that. Also whats it doing to the kidneys, heart and cardio system??? And the Brain it's all fat. Whatever happened to the good ole Avocado and Organic whole fat butter. This is what the heart and brain uses for fuel people.. madness i tell ya. The FDA and the Heart Association are a JOKE! They knew about these fats, so does the cancer association.
