Neal is a very intelligent man and has done his homework on this one.
It has been proven and then swept under the rug by liberals that Global Warming is a hoax.
If we go on with Cap and Trade we will be paying more for EVERYTHING that we buy.
My electric company has already sent me a letter telling me to contact my Representatives to vote it down because my rates will skyrocket if it is passed.
It would also cause millions of jobs to be moved to Countries like China and India where they won't have to play the Carbon Credit game.
Maybe one of those jobs will be yours.
