      Prob b/c Mass never started spouting SECESSION FROM THE LIBERAL PRESIDENT'S GOVERNMENT until it needed federal moneys to fix its problems.

      Texas, OTOH, was recently screaming WE'RE GOING TO SECEDE until it needed bucks from the feds.

      I could be wrong, but that's my guess.

        Yeah but we have plenty of Conservatives here in Texas, Massachusetts would do well to have a few there to balance things out.

          So you're saying that all those good, patriotic conservatives are right to want to secede from the Union? IN case you forgot, the Civil War was already fought. & the Union won.
