When setting up the house Inspection for a potential buyer, Only Allow the Buyer and his/her real estate agent and the Inspector!!!
NEVER EVER allow the buyer to bring multiple family/friends to run all through your Home!!! This by nature is a Major distraction for you, and many times these family/Friends have a hidden agenda and only serve as a MAJOR DEAL KILLER....

There was a time...you could easily sell a home to someone from Japan...and get top dollar. The US Government turned them basically against us...we citizens are caught among men who are mentally retarded...those who are members of the republican and Democratic parties...they both demolish and go from pub to pub re pubbing.
