    Trouble is...if we did not notice they launched a missle...there would not be any discussion. I like the idea of seeing others do what the uS does...but was not the first or the best doing it...it was probably Russia...that did...or the chinese and they just forgot about it....and the US made such a stink...they started another war!

      We saw scud missiles in action in the first gulf war. They were horribly ineffective. The triple threat, short range, inaccurate, and low payload. Not a weapon to be feared.

          How many missiles does our military fire off every year? How many of them at NOT tests but actually kill people? Sounds awfully like the US is a more dangerous nation to the world than North Korea.
