    Op-ED:

Though this video is of 2007, the event taking place also 2009.

"Old Ironsides' does not have steel or iron but wood in her hull. Her first battle was on the seas of North Africa, which dealt battles with Islamic Pirates. Much has not changed as to 2009 as to these pirates.

constituent-a member of a constituency; a citizen who is represented in a government by officials for whom he or she votes; "needs continued support by constituents to be re-elected"
Words like this constitute-establish: set up or lay the groundwork for; "establish a new department"
          wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn
What "We the People ordained-appointed: fixed or established especially by order or command; "at the time appointed (or the appointed time")
          wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn
Look what happened...they think they did...Congress...and that we did not...LOL

Was there a few hours ago again looking over "Old Ironsides'.
The hi tech of her day, made her then invincible to the warfare of the early 19th century.
