Obama and Biden did. In fact, they said they did, said they inherited it, and claimed to have a solution for it.
So far they have not responded any differently than Bush, and even then Bush merely did what the dumbass Northeastern "experts" told him to do.
So along comes Obama, and he says, "I don't need no Northeastern dumbass experts. Why...I have a dumbass Northeastern TAX CHEAT!"
And we wonder why nothing's getting better?-

That's why they got the first stimulus package rolling (which seemed to fail, too), right? Or are you saying that they were mostly blind up until the end?

They did see it, they did inherit it, and I don't know if they have (or had) a solution for it, but I do know that any solution that's been implemented probably won't work in a couple of months.

Because it's been a matter of months since Bush and/or Obama did anything and as anyone knows the economy swings across years and decades along with the moment to moment fluctuations? -
