I'm not a big fan of conspiracy theories and the implications of this one are extraordinarily challenging but the special factor that none of the alleged perpetrators are found on any CCTV footage of the time really does defy belief. These cameras are EVERWHERE in Central London. And of course they are supposed to be there to make the city safer!

I used to love London and England and still have many friends there but choose never to go there these days because it doesn't any more feel like a land of freedom - and the culture went to hell during the Blair regime.
Propeller member berkeley, who gave me this story, and I have both been concerned also by the shocking murder of Dr David Kelley and the "mistaken" police shooting of Charles de Menenez http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/police-... and the gruesome probable murder of Dr David Kelly in relation to the evidence on which Britain's involvement in Iraq was based - link below:

the official story of the 7/7 bombing is impossible in many of its details. while the british press continues its support of the government version, even this story can't help but wonder about several glaring lies/inconsistencies.

if the truth ever emerges, heads will roll.

      Also FTA:
Many responsible people - and they include former Scotland Yard deputy assistant commissioner Brian Paddick, former anti-terror chief of London police Andy Hayman (who oversaw the police response to 7/7) and David Davis, until recently Tory Shadow Home Secretary - now support the call for an independent investigation into the bombings.

Paddick himself said this week, the torrent of rumours about 7/7 was harming relations between Muslims and the rest of Britain: 'Hopefully there will be people in the police service, the security service and Whitehall who will realise how important it is that every attempt is made to counteract these conspiracy theories.'

As the fourth anniversary of the London bombings approaches next Tuesday, they are words the Government would be wise to heed.

        The survivor mentions TRUST............trust?
Doesn't someone need a REASON to have trust?
I don't - and I have plenty of reasons why.
It isn't just that terrible sham about Dr.Kelley.
What about the neat and tidy disposal of the anthrax
sender? What Dr.Z visited the labs late at night even
though he was no longer an employee? Only tinfoil hatted
conspiracy lovers would mention such a thing - right?
What about Sen. Paul Wellstone's death - "icing" - oh yeah!
The same formula is being used globally - and I think
        even a truth commission is a waste. 9/11 - Warren Commission -
the Flight 800 investigation..........I'm sorry, I am fresh
out of trust. I think it is sad, scary and the only way to
find a sense of happy calm in the 21st century is to savor
        the bliss of IGNORANCE.
Thanks for the submittal though - it heartens me to know
that there are others who are struggling with these issues.
We'll have to wait and see how far the Brits get with their
        demand for full disclosure.

People who believe in the wonders of government, and that it is their friend, should think twice about it.

This story sounds nearly unbelievable to me. Like after 9/11, the question rises, why the intelligence didn´t notice anything.
How could it be that in London, the best-watched city of the world, the CCTV didn´t help to prevent such a catastrophy?
Even if I don´t share the opinion that the assassination was faked to blame the Muslims and to create an islamophobic atmosphere, I wonder, why in both cases, warnings were ignored and proofs were destroyed.

In London as in New York the truth is almost to terrible to believe. The simple fact is even if the truth were to come out what can the public do about it? Clearly laws mean nothing to the people involved.
