Though Malcom was likely hard to nail politically, Steve Forbes is a republican. This is no smear job, these folks are conservatives. But they are not nit wits. There is some very interesting observations made. By continuing to court the mental deficients who buy into the "culture war", the GOP has painted itself into a corner of irrelevancy.

Yup. The GOP has become as relevant as the Amish, only not nearly as quaint.

Now vidman and rbii, since you disagree with that statement by way of a negative vote, that would indicate that you believe Palin and her supporters ARE for tolerance.
Here is your opportunity to contribute something useful to the conversation.... please explain or provide a link that demonstrates we are wrong, that Palin stood up for tolerance....
Some action or speech where she indicated an opinion will do...

Angry mean spirited people like that don't really care about what is said, only about who said it. If the comment is by one of their own, regardless of the content, it gets a positive. If the comment is by someone they consider an enemy (that's us) they neg it.

        Thanks for finding this, RFE.

I thought it was an interesting article - one of the most insightful on Ms. Palin.
