Everything this article says is true...exercise and a smart diet is the key. Dropped 40 points off my blood pressure, lost 28 pounds since 5/17/09, back pain gone and feel great. Exercise using a recumbent bike 40 min. every morning. A lot of work but feel great after being lethargic for so long.

The FDA need to pay attention to the high contents of Sodium in processed food. We Americans consume entirely too much sodium (table salt). This thread shows that over 40 million Americans suffers from Hypertension. Which can be regulated with your intake of Sodium alone. What else need I say. Those that have a Political voice need to beat this drum louder. We are consuming to much SODIUM. And where is the FDA? Somewhere fighting Nicotine, when its salt that is killing us.
