    Anti-nuclear activism began in the 70's;
    after the end of the vietnam war left the left with
    less to do.

    It is bad policy, based on old arguments; it makes
    political what should be technical .

    Anti-nuclear power ideaology makes the world poorer,
    more fossil-fuel dependent, leaving the nations of the earth
    snarling for the dwindling resources.

    It is death .

      Yeah.

      Because nuclear power and the storage, transportation and care of nuclear materials has been 100% safe and has never, ever caused problems, especially in modern times and recent years.

        Of course it caused problems.

        It just doesn't cause the problems that coal or oil cause.

        there's nothing political about that. it's a matter of keeping humanity and our children and the next generation safe for the next hundred thousand years. no one knows what the hell to do with nuclear waste up til now.
