Here is where that "Barack the Magic Negro" first started. Here are liberals not checking there facts and responding ONLY by emotions.

...but this parody of that article is how Republicans gave it a racist spin:

No, the Liberals are giving it a racist spin by calling all Republicans racist because of this one song that is SUNG BY A BLACK MAN.

        You Liberals make EVERYTHING racist.

The liberal who thought he was being clever (see din3nunez3's comment below) was being a jerk and most people would agree with that.

The REPUBLICANS who SENT IT OUT IT AS AN ENTIRE SONG, ALONG WITH OTHER RACIST SONGS ON AN ENTIRE ALBUM are as*holes.

        Magical negro

The word negro, now considered by many as archaic and offensive, is used intentionally to suggest that the archetype is a racist throwback, an update of the "Sambo" and "savage other" stereotypes

        http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magical_Negro

How does it relate again? Do you think Paul Shanklin has this racist sterotype in mind when he wrote the song. I believe Boss Limbaugh did as he played it over and over again. Why? Because they're racist.
