A very thoughtful post! It is so important, not to get used to the cicumstanzas, not to accept the status quo. We have to stay sensitive to everything that doesn´t work in our society, even if the daily news are a kind of immunisation for most of us. I was shocked, when I realized that the number of people starving to death every day is ten times higher than the number of inhabitants of the city I live in. We haven´t been good caretakers for the world we live in, because we regarded its resources as endless, its nature´s wealth as our belonging and the ecological balance as indistructable. Now that we see how wrong we were, this shock should perhaps help us to heal our traumatization!
