Exactly what actions Panetta disclosed to the House Intelligence Committee on June 24 is unclear, but committee Chairman Silvestre Reyes, D-Texas, said the CIA outright lied in one case.
"These notifications have led me to conclude that this committee has been misled, has not been provided full and complete notifications, and (in at least one case) was affirmatively lied to," Reyes wrote to Michigan Rep. Peter Hoekstra, the committee's senior Republican. A copy of his letter was obtained by The Associated Press.
Reyes said in the letter that he is considering opening a full investigation."-

Of course the CIA lied to Congress. They're the only ones still under security restrictions that can't release documents to prove that Pelosi is lying. Blaming anyone else would make it possible that they could defend themselves and make Democrats look even more dishonest than they already do!

There is absolutely no one more dishonest than the ones that just left office. They make Nixon look like an amateur. There is no one in the Republican party that will own up to their criminal actions either.

"When, in 2007, the CIA contributed to a National Intelligence Estimate on Iran that Republicans viewed as insufficiently alarmist, Boehner told CNN's Wolf Blitzer: "Either I don't have confidence in what they told me several months ago or I don't have confidence in what they're telling me today."
Now since the CIA had two different stories, did Boehner say that the CIA is not telling the truth in one instance or not. Did he forget this when he attack Pelosi for saying the CIA did not brief her?
The problem here is not whether Pelosi lied, it's the Republican's attempt to take the responsibility for authorizing torture from themselves by making the claim that Pelosi knew about the torture. It still doesn't justify the use of torture by the past administration whether she knew or not because she did not have the authority to stop it. By the way, why haven't we heard from Dennis Hastert who was the house speaker in 2003? I say get back to the real issue as to whether there were criminal actions taken place in the White House and put them all in jail even if Nancy goes with them. It's time to bring all of them to justice. -

Bullcrap you lying piece if crap. I couldn't fit more lies in a sentance than you just did if I tried. I can't wait for the reality to be made public but Pelosi can't because unlike what some lying dip Shiite named Jackallhiswankernonstop she is still bound by secrecy laws. Here is where Obama is on your side not mine. He decided to keep some new torture reports about republicans secret and I want all the information out and my biggest problem with republican Pelosi is that she said we will not impeach the worlds biggest war criminal so he kept stealing.
