"He's admitted that he [Tenet] made a mistake in not pushing harder to get the lie or the gross inaccuracy out of the speech. And that may be a firing offense. The question is, who was pushing to get the lie into the speech? And that's what is going to need to be investigated."

You may not WANT to believe it ... but I'm sure you are proud of them when they DO lie.

If you are feigned disappointment at the CIA lying ... you wouldn't be a Modern Republican.

Modern Republicans support ANYTHING that the military, CIA, FBI, and Police do. I've seen it my entire life.

    That's laughable. Nobody hates Republicans as you claim because some of my best friends are Republicans. Just the last Republican administration that lied to the people about WMD's in Iraq so they could carry out a vendetta against Saddam who tried to "kill my daddy". How many young men and women have died just so they could get even with Saddam for his assassination attempt? Over 4300 and counting. The irony is their attempt to gain control of Iraq oil so it would pay for the war. What happened there?

    Yeah, like throw out the obvious false info that was unconfirmed about WMD's. Like the info that was obtained from tortured prisoners who would say anything to get the torture to stop. Like the info about Saddam buying yellow cake uranium which they knew was false.
    Oh yeah, with you being an "independent observer", you failed to mention that Tenet had reservations about going into Iraq.

  Sorry Jerry ... but what you are ignoring is the actual ... QUOTED ... admission from Tenet ... that he stood by ... and let Bush use false info to make a case for war.
  
  And for the record ... I don't hate ANYONE ... not even returning members like you.
  
  It is true that I have no love for MODERN .... RE-INVENTED Republicans ... for turning their backs on Traditional American Values and Traditional CONSERVATIVE Values.
  
  It's obvious that you prefer CHAMPIONISM ... where you have undying allegiance to a brand ... in spite of the fundamental Moral Vacancy of that brand.
