This article says one in 2 million, but the website of the shop where Donald is located says 10 million.. I guess the Blue ones are a bit more aggressive as well.

I always tried to sneak them off to the beach as a kid; this was never popular with the adults who bought them.
I love lobster(to eat that is), but I am still adverse to cooking them myself it seems so horrible. -

There's one that's even more rare but it escapes me right now. I remember being out on a lobster boat one time and the Captain was a bit of a prankster, he hauled in his brothers trap and put a dead seagull in it then put it back down and sailed away. Later that day they met up at the local legion where the brother was telling everyone the damn seagulls were going right down into the traps the get the bloody lobster.
