    It may be worse than that. There have long been indications that there are rogue elements in the CIA who put their "ideological loyalty" above all else. Cheney will certainly still have some of his own "rogues" in place.

    I begin to wonder if the involvement of our CIA/military in fomenting the recent "color revolution" attempts in Iran and Honduras are not rogue elements continuing the priorities of a previous administration to try to force the Obama administration into adopting "hard-line" policies.

    Not unlike the ploy played by similar elements in the Cuban Bay of Pigs fiasco on another new president at least promising change.
