Well I haven't got the blood work back from yesterdays vist... dropped 22lbs.. in 4 months.. 4 inches off waist.. dropped 10 points off the upper blood pressure reading..(doc said see the pills are working.. i replied I NEVER took them).. need to do another 15-20lbs.. but diet(I cheat).. and exercise(lots of it,out in the Florida heat.. no cool gym for me).. are showing some positive results..
