People with type 2 diabetes should do at least two-and-a-half hours per week of moderate-intensity or one-and-a-half hours per week of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercises, plus some weight training.

      This is so true. If it weren't for exercise, my borderline diabetic dad and brother would be full blood diabetic, or, dead by now.

        Well I haven't got the blood work back from yesterdays vist... dropped 22lbs.. in 4 months.. 4 inches off waist.. dropped 10 points off the upper blood pressure reading..(doc said see the pills are working.. i replied I NEVER took them).. need to do another 15-20lbs.. but diet(I cheat).. and exercise(lots of it,out in the Florida heat.. no cool gym for me).. are showing some positive results..

        and your articles are very informative SenorCoconut.. I don't always get a chance to comment.. but keep'm coming..
