    My biggest problem with sticking to those really healthy foods was that they didn't excite me - or my palate. Learning different methods for spicing it up and making it more interesting was definitely beneficial

      Once I finally started eating organic fruits and veggies, I could definitely tell a difference. Fruits taste like candy to me now, and I can't get enough greens. I've been making green smoothies that are sweet (bananas) and delicious!

        I was not aware that canned vegetables are not as good as frozen...well, it is always better to eat fresh as they say!
