Here is what i was trying to say and link to.
1. This guy is pure anti-american sleaze who did this knowing full well in advance what his intentions were. That being to waste tax payer money by making this into a huge ordeal to promote his crazy birther conspiracy theory(which he had been promoting long before he signed up under the Obama administration to serve).
He even showed his intentions to do this (BEFORE HE SIGNED UP TO SERVE) on the freerepublic.com forums. Which proves without a doubt that this was all a political stunt.

One of the reasons his orders to deploy may have been pulled is that the lawyer representing him in this BS lawsuit is also involved in a similar lawsuit with the hoohaw over President Obama's birth certificate.

It's possible that the U.S. attorney asked the Army to pull his deployment orders to keep him in-country while the process was carried out in court.
Further, if this man volunteered for this reason he is subject under the UCMJ to Section 888 Article 88 (Contempt toward officials) as well as prosecution under various civil codes for a frivolous lawsuit.
This is ridiculous. -
