This isn't a race issue, it is a power issue.

You see it all the time with organizations like NAACP, unions, political parties, religious, groups, etc.... None of these organizations want the division and polarity to leave our social culture. If it did, the need for these organizations would either be diminished greatly or nullified. They need to maintain their importance.
