          Hey! Guess what!? Eating an entirely plant based diet helps blood pressure and nearly every other illness or disease! Eating meat and dairy products, by contrast, are disease causing. What a concept!

              You can actually reduce and totally discard your dependence on insulin if you take a mixture of black cummin seed, wheat, a food gum and barley prepared by boiling and bottling under certain conditions.
