Americans are already being taxed to death, and three proposals by the Obama administration would raise federal income tax rates on the wealthiest Americans to over 45 percent. And when you add up all forms of taxation in the United States, the average American will soon end up paying about 50 percent of his or her income in some form of taxes.

If you want the greatest country in the world, you have to pay for it. We have the greatest military, because we spend more on military defense than any other country. We've been slipping in other areas. We've slipped in education, and healthcare. But daggoneit we got the best cruise missiles and jet fighters that money can buy. We can be the best at anything if we direct the correct amount of resources at it. To have the best military and let the rest of our standings slip further and further down to the bottom among nations is just not good common sense. So stop whining about taxes and try to figure out how we can make our country great again in some other area besides the military.

I agree with jovial, I dont mind the 50% if its going to help our country be the greatest in the world then I well not complain on the 50% income tax, we need gave before we can get better and better we are going to be if we love this country and want it like it was we should be okay in anyway it takes to make our country great again, and we do need to work on other areas in this country besides military. Lets take back America and make her the way she once was.
