This has got to be one of the most horrible and sad reports I've ever come upon. Traps were put out, and it STILL happens. Goes to show you that it wasn't really the parents' fault and maybe this is bording on the X-Files. Anyway, if I were an atheist and hated the notion of a personal God of love, I'd make this my bible, rubbing the religious' noses in it if they tried to tell me that life was meaningful and God was personal. But, I'm not an atheist, so, I'm going to believe that little girl, who ever she was or would have been, is now in Heaven. That her purpose down here was to feed some rats with her brief, short, tragic life, and, her message to us all is that we shouldn't take life TOO seriously, because, God willing, we could have been HER in that crib. That this life ISN'T the important life, it's the one that comes next. If not, and this life IS the important one, then you really have to try to laugh at those who "win the Darwin award" and believe you are, somehow, BETTER than that poor soul whose life ended tragically like this innocent baby girl's. That, for SOME reason, God likes you MORE than He loved that little girl.
