Fixed Home Loan Rates Will Increase Soon »
Posted By ChangeToday 4 months, 2 weeks ago in NewsFixed home loan rates are sure to increase soon as the 10 year treasury rate yield continues to work its way higher. The uptrend for the 10 year treasury rate yield began back in January and it looks as if that is going to continue. There have been several instances in which the yield moved down to the lower trendline but it continues to get a bounce whenever this happens. This means that we are likely going to see fixed home loan rates increasing in the near future.

Does not sound as appealing, once you sit down and add all that goes with a home loan. I personally will never do this...pay three times what the home costs...or even pay more...interest too...just complicates things...see...these people that make the percentage extra for interest...actually cause inflation...and that causes hardships among the young and elderly. One day...we will get rid of these people that are sick...people like Oboma...people that subject their own mothers and their own children and wives to subjection levels that equal slavery. Hey...don't kid yourself...it was like thi9s and worse before 911...there is no excuse for those men in Washington...to continue with an assent that is not legal.-

what we have now is the lowest fixed rates in 40 years... there's really nowhere to go but up... and up they will go, to 15% perhaps... like they did in the early 80s.

But let's just blame those who think their home is an investment and will buy at any price, even when they can't afford it.
