It is funny how eight years of liberal screaming about Bush being a nazi has washed the political mindset of all of the real dirty things the Clintons were doing while in the White House.

Just to remind everyone what Filegate was, it started back in 1996 after the Clinton Administration admitted it sought and received the FBI files of hundreds of prominent Republicans.

    Nice, huh?

God, I forgot all the lesser 'gates'
    besides monica-gate and whitewater-gate;
    travel-gate,
    file-gate,
    foster-gate.

Think of some bright and perky young law grad put on
    file-gate, right out of harvard.

13 years they work on it,
    - while the nation moves on.

It makes you think of political prisoners
in some old novel, freed years after the revolution.

What will they think of the bright sunlight?
Maybe we could start some kind of charity for
the people Ken Starr left behind.

    There may be hundreds .

I actually know a lawyer who clerked for Judge Lamberth 7-8 years ago. She said he was a really intelligent person and a judge of integrity. Also he was appointed to the federal bench by Ronald Reagan, so his conservative credentials are impeccable.

13 years of wasted money by the Republicans...Wow are they good or what...or was this just another grand stand play by the G.O.P
to see if any mileage could be gotten from it.

          Dionys
"BushCo refuse to testify about actual crimes against the state that could result in executions."

What is the name/number of this case?
          What is the alleged crime?
In what court is this case being heard?

Something real from this planet in our “current” dimension.

When and where were these charges made?
When was Bush subpoenaed to testify?

            Dionys

"At least they stepped up to testify instead of hiding behind 'executive priv.'"

Seriously, did you even read the report?

"In Thursday’s three-page decision, Judge Lamberth there is no legal reason that he should “require a person who is a busy Cabinet secretary at this point to submit to an oral deposition.”

Hint Dionys, she has refused to “testify” over 13 years, this last time her claim is she as a “Cabinet secretary” is to busy to “testify”.

              Golly that’s nice.
Now what do you know about Robert “ The Stalker” Ray, the life long Democrat IG who refused to interview the whistleblowers claim that The White House hid/destroyed between 100,000 and 1-million e-mails, containing incriminating evidence about Filegate?

Oh the Stalker part, Robert “ The Stalker” Ray was charged in 2006 and convicted in 2008 of stalking a woman by the Manhattan district attorney's office.
