The semi-auto AK-47 is not the same rifle as those used in wars (which is not manufactured in the U.S. for civilian use--although I personally think it should be). And the guy is only giving vouchers so people still have to jump through all the usual hoops.

This is such a lame gimmick. One can go buy a Romanian AK-47 at any gun store for as little as $200.00. the AK is so cheap now even in the US that offering it as a giveaway when you buy a new car worth like 100x it's cost is almost insulting considering the deals other dealerships offer that aren't trying to lure in the gun nuts who won't care that they are getting a bad deal when compared to other places.

Highly effective publicity stunt, since he knows most people don't know the AK-47 in question isn't the one used in wars, so they'll react as if it is, the same way Bloomberg and even Obama did on their websites at one point before someone did their homework and scrubbed them.

For those of you who criticize Missouri for some of their native sons Rush, Ashcroft, etc, where is the condemnation of the continuing cesspool that is Massachusetts that still has Kennedy spawn being produced, California that brings to the world Pelosis and Boxers. As for the billboards...explain what is wrong with religious groups from putting up billboards to go against some billboards put up by purveyors of porn? And you say you hope those people dont procreate....well since abortion is legal you are getting your wish...partly anyway.

If you live in the South and you are married or in a relationship with someone, you may want to rethink about either separating or getting a divorce, because it could have deadly consequences as has been proven in the news lately. One could not have written a better script: Pickup trucks, free AK-47s and whole lot of killing if you don't like what your partner is doing.

Now this is what I call incentive! I can now drive and shoot at the same time! Who knew? Is this what the president had in mind while talking about incentives? Oh yeah, I get it. Since the government gets a lot of tax money from alcohol tobacco and firearms, well, there you go! Estate will get money from the tax you pay on the purchase of an automobile
