Democrat Apologizes For Using N Word »
Posted By TimALoftis 6 months, 3 weeks ago in Political Opinion(CNN) – New York Rep. Carolyn Maloney, a Democrat, apologized Monday for using the N word in a recent interview while recounting a phone call she had received.
"I apologize for having repeated a word I find disgusting," Maloney said in a statement. "It's no excuse but I was so caught up in relaying the story exactly as it was told to me that, in doing so, I repeated a word that should never be repeated."
Maloney, who is challenging Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand for the 2010 Democratic Senate nomination in New York, used the full racial slur in an interview with the Web site City Hall while taking aim at Gillibrand's record.

She quoted a conversation where SOMEONE ELSE used the word.
Likely if she had quoted it without using the word you GOP nazis would be accusing her of lying about her conversation.

As a republican ,I want to know where is the outrage on every media outlet,every news publication around.Of course we know why she has a right to say stupid things,about people she feels she owns out right.A republican would be hunkered down in office,with the blinds closed.No apology would be acceptable.What the congresswoman said was what is the issue of her heart,just like the rest of us when we say mean things its because we have means things to say
