      There are no friends to US anyway. Every country is now taking pragmatic stance, N Korea is just another one who wants for the tide to change with time.

        She is so wrong. China will never let the problem be solved because it is negotiating leverage. As long as it is still a problem china can pretend to help solve it in return for something they want. China benefits from trying to "solve" the problem. They no longer benefit once the problem is solved. There are seriously a lot of administrations around the world we just need to draw a line in the sand and say solve it or there is no more reason to give you foreign aid for faking it.
